We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Sustainability Coordinator who wants to take a central role in our work with environment, quality, and sustainability. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact – by developing structures, driving initiatives, and ensuring that sustainability permeates the entire business.

This is a role for you who want to combine strategy with practical implementation and who enjoys collaborating broadly within the organization.

About the role

As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be part of the quality team and work closely with both management and operations. You will be responsible for developing and improving our management systems, following up key performance indicators, and driving sustainability efforts forward in line with business, legal requirements, and long-term goals. The role is both strategic and operational and provides great scope for influence.

Your main responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and improve management systems within environment, quality, and sustainability (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
  • Drive and implement the company's sustainability strategy in line with Agenda 2030 and regulations and legal requirements (CSRD, GRI)
  • Follow up, analyze, and report key performance indicators within environment, quality, and climate impact
  • Plan and participate in sustainability reporting and contribute to climate calculations and life cycle assessments (LCA)
  • Plan and participate in internal and external audits
  • Educate, support, and inspire colleagues in environmental, quality, and sustainability issues
  • Support improvement and change work with a focus on circular economy and energy efficiency

We are looking for someone who has

Relevant education in environment, quality, or sustainability or several years of work experience in the field. If you have worked with these issues in the industrial or service sector, it is an advantage. You have good knowledge of environmental legislation, climate strategies, and sustainability frameworks such as GRI and CSRD. You are analytical and have the ability to work with data and translate results into clear decision-making materials. You are communicative, used to working cross-functionally, and proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities
